Description
The PCR reaction tube PP with a nominal volume of 0.1 ml is a high-quality and specially developed laboratory utensil for the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It is supplied in a practical strip of 4 and is optimized for use with Corbett and Rotor-Gene thermal cyclers. The lid is included and allows easy and secure sealing of the samples during the PCR process.
Manufactured from high-quality polypropylene (PP), the PCR reaction tube is biologically inert and physiologically harmless. It has no interfering interactions with biological samples and is suitable for safe use in laboratories.
With impressive temperature resistance, the vessel can withstand temperatures from -80°C to 121°C and is autoclavable up to a temperature of 121°C, allowing for easy and reliable sterilization.
It meets strict safety standards and does not contain heavy metals according to the EC/94/62 directive. The raw material used complies with the requirements for food contact according to regulation EC 1935/2004.
The PCR reaction tube has an exceptional level of purity and is free of PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins to ensure reliable and reproducible results.
The shelf life of the goods is 60 months under controlled storage conditions.
It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +2°C and max. +30°C.
